I am Chris, a regular guy on a mission to lose 100 pounds and lower my blood cholesterol. I have already lost 66 pounds and lowered my blood cholesterol by 81 points.
I am blogging because this is a way to help people live healthier and lower their risk of cardiovascular disease, the number one killer in the United States.
I’ll be writing about exercising, mostly walking, and following the Mediterranean diet to live healthier.
I hope to connect to people who want to live longer and healthier by reducing their cardiovascular disease risk.
